Royalty free means that the price of the photograph is based on itself, not the specific use. I want you to be able to use my stock photos without the headaches of long legal contracts.
Permitted stock photo uses
The following are "Permitted uses for my stock photos:"
A) Advertising, marketing and promotional projects, including printed pieces, product packaging, presentations, film, flash and video presentations, commercials, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards. (ie. not for resale or license)
B) Entertainment applications, such as dvds and dvd covers, books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video, broadcast and theatrical presentations.
C) Website or electronic publications, including web pages/sites to a maximum of 800 x 600 pixels. (Please don't publish my photos on the web any larger than that!)
D) Prints, posters (i.e. a hardcopy) and other reproductions for personal use or promotional purposes, but not for resale, license or other distribution. (Feel free to print them to hang on your wall or even to use as a mouse pad or something for your personal enjoyment.)
E) Any other uses desired, please contact me directly for written permission.
In short, you can use the photos for most things as long as you do not resell them.
